Well done artwork, the details are there not as sharp, but I believe you did that on purpose to add an ethereal quality to the light that is barely surrounding him. Great job on the face and the beard is really nice and very proper for a dwarven paladin. The only criticism I have is the holy symbols on the diamond shape plates on the armor, they represent law if I am not mistaken which is good but maybe an anvil or a hammer in one of the plates would make it more dwarven like. This of course is a minor detail nothing that will detract from this magnificent piece.

Is he supposed to represent a member of the Argent Dawn, Order of the Silver Hand, or Scarlet Crusade?

Also, there is a darkness on the whole of his body, short of where the Light is... It makes him seem like he's a veteran once-hero.
In fact... he looks a lot like a Dwarf OC I've constructed for my WoW fan fiction. O.o
